Lync Call Popup to CRM entry

Hi everyone,

I would like to know if there's any free software that prompts Lync calls and provide the choice to enter or register the call as a case.

I found something similar but it's pretty expensive for 50$ per user. I would appreciate it if you could help me find something similar for free or for less than that as well if no free is available.
