Does Upsert class support with Duplicate detection Rule && Duplicate Rule Condition Entities

Hello

I am Trying to Import the data(.xml files) in to CRM Organization which i have exported from CRM Organization by code instead of using data migration tool.

The code  which i have written with Upsert class is working with all other Entities(Custom Entities) Except with Duplicate detection Rule && Duplicate Rule Condition Entities

Can any one Suggest me whether Upsert class supports  Duplicate detection Rule && Duplicate Rule Condition Entites
