CRM 2011 pass custom parameter in webresource html from crm entity form using javascript.

Hi,

I have one custom entity form in which i have added html webresource. There is custom paramters i have passed as per below image.

Now, i want to pass this parameter based on some condition. Can you please suggest anything on that?
