Hi,
The below error message is shown for Emails in the Activities for a custom entity.
We are also getting the below errors in the event viewer:
#26090 - An error occurred while opening mailbox . System.Net.WebException: Unable to connect to the remote server ---> System.Net.Sockets.SocketException: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond
#61042 - An error occurred while processing the outgoing e-mail message with subject "" for SMTP: xxxxxxxx for delivery through xxxxxxxxx. System.Net.Mail.SmtpException: Failure sending mail. ---> System.Net.WebException: Unable to connect to the remote server ---> System.Net.Sockets.SocketException: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond
#31435 - The e-mail message with subject "" processed by SMTP: xxxxxxxxxx has exceeded the maximum number of delivery tries. The e-mail message will be marked as undeliverable.
