Formatting errors in EMail workflow

Hi,

when we create a new workflow to send an e-mail, we have the problem that it is not possible to insert several fields of a entity in the subject line (eg Title, First Name, Name and so on) and to separate them with spaces.
Either the spaces are removed after saving, or there are suddenly too many.
If you change the Document Mode to "IE 7", you can put the korekt spaces in the line, but unfortunately, the editing is very difficult, because the displayed field is only about 2mm high (see picture).

Is there any way to fix this?
