After upgrading an on-premise CRM 2016 to 8.2.0.749 we can't connect anymore via c#.
Tools in the SDK can connect e.g., but wathever I try no result in C#.
I tried 365, 2016 and 2011 SDK, tried almost any example from the internet but no response from CRM. (Unable to Login to Dynamics CRMOrganizationServiceProxy is null). I prefer to use the "Microsoft.Xrm.Tooling.Connector.CrmServiceClient"
This happens on multiple environments all with SP2 applied.
Who can provide me a working example (please name te SDK you use!).
