Is there a way to assign additional business rules/logic to the phone call activity form and specify some result fields that only become MANDATORY upon completing the activity?
If I make the result field mandatory - users are unable to save the record when creating 'open' activities that do not have a result yet. obviously it is incorrect to provide a result to an activity that has not been completed.
If i do not make the result field mandatory, due to human error sometimes the phone call activity result is forgotten and left blank - and completed activities can not be edited.
Please let me knwo if you have any suggestions.
