No Work Orders from Booking Agreement

Can anyone explain how the Work Orders are generated from Booking Agreements.

I have created multiple Agreements and they are set to Active (system status) and to auto generate.

I have enabled auditing in CRM and set the Process: Field Service - Generate Work Order for Agreement Booking Date to not delete workflow jobs although not seeing anything in the logs.

I have created a few workflows and plugins however can't see how this one works. "Field Service - system action" just seems to set some parameters. Is it hidden or a plugin just trying to understand it better.
