ADFS routing issue

Currently i have 5 Orgs in the CRM deployment manager:-

a) Acrm

b) Bcrm

c) Ccrm

d) Dcrm

e) Ecrm

For the a,b,c,d the adfs redirectly correctly in the external but once i key in https://ECRM.blah.net/ it will redirect me to adfs (Dcrm.blah.net)

Anyone can help me to resolved this issues? I had re-setup the claim based, IFD and ADFS relying party trust but unable to resolved this issues.
