Site Map Issues

Hey

I am having a few issues:

1.] when loading the site map from the nee building too I am met with a message saying it cannot load as components have duplicate ID's

2.] when using XRM Toolbox, it allows me to delete sub areas and add them but only the update is pulling though the delete in CRM

3] When building an entity, even though I have ticked which area I want this to appear in, it still does not show in CRM

any idea would be depreciated.
