Microsoft.Crm.PowerShell.dll on workstation

Hello

I am using Dynamics 365 Online so I don't have Microsoft.Crm.PowerShell.dll  Snap-in installed on server. How can I install them on my workstation. The final goal is to set some settings though Set-CrmAdvancedSetting cmdlet which is a part of that dll which is installed during server deployment.
