I am trying to set the Resource (Bookable Resource Booking) as the owner or field (Lookup User) on a Work Order (WO).
Scenario:
Users schedule their own Work Orders where they are the owner.
Sometimes a Work Order might be dropped onto them that they don't own if they are available.
They are responsible for going into CRM to change WO status to Close - Posted.
I have a view that shows Open - Completed WO's for the "Current User".
As the resource (who is a user) can't have a filter of "equals current user" they can't see the WO's they don't own but were booked onto.
I can check that the "Resource Type (Bookable Resource Booking)" is a User but can't set them through a Workflow to a "User Lookup Field" as they are obviously seen as a Resource not User in the Workflow .
Is the only solution to update via Plugin?
