Business Process Flow Specific Entities in Dynamics 365,

Hello, 

I have 3 BPF that are associated to opportunity form, depending on the opportunity type (field options that i have created) 

I have an issue while creating an new opportinuty in Dyanmics 365.

The Business process flow specific entity is instanciated two times !!

I need your help!
