Dynamics 365 Plugin is executing only in debug mode.

CRM Version : Dynamics 365 Online V9

I have written a plug-in on the update event of an entity.  When i am debugging the plug-in after profiling, its working as expected and giving me the results along with the plugin trace log. However, if i stop profiling and let the plugin run in a normal mode its not executing or generating logs.

I am using the latest SDK and also using the latest plugin registration tool.
