Hi,
I have a Notes and Activities tab and in this tab I have Notes and Activities that are supposed to show up on the form. However, I just see notes. I don't see a tab on the form where I can toggle between notes and activities. On the Form on the General tab, I do have Notes and Activities box checked already. Now on the Form itself I have the default tab is set to Activities already. The Notes icon is grayed out as well.
