marketing list on contact form

Hi

Strange behaviour, if someone can help:

I add marketing list sub-grid on company form, both buttons for 'add new' and 'see records associated with this view' are seen.

I add marketing list sub-grid on contact form, only button for 'add new' is seen.

Is there anre any explanation for this behaviour ?
