Hi, I've googled this issue and not found a solution that work in our situation.
- This only happens when creating Contracts (creating cases, orders, quotes, etc. is fine).
- I have System Administrator permissions.
- I have tested with a different user in case mine was corrupt.
- I tested trying to create a Contract with a Workflow and that fails too.
- The form doesn't have any custom javascript.
- Same issue with a brand new form.
- Running on a vritual machine so rolled back a snapshot to UR7 (currently on UR11) but still the same issue.
I seem to have ruled out the permissions, the user, the forms, the update rollup but when I attempt to create a Contract I get the "Record is Unavailable" error.
This is CRM 2011 UR11 On-premises
Anyone got any ideas?
