Could not find the name or insufficient right to see name. Failed to get priv user group information.

I'm getting the following 2 errors when I try to login into the CRM organization. 

The errors started happening after I restored a production database into a dev environment that already had a functioning CRM environment. This issue is connected to this other thread I posted.

I tried searching both the first and the second error on google, and tried all of the potential solutions in the articles/posts on the first pages.

Some of the things I tried:

• Restart OS
• Restart various services - ADFS, IIS, all of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM services
• Restarted IIS sites and application pools
• Mapped SQL Server logins to database users
• Added a mapping for the master database in the logins that the CRM uses.
