Dynamics 365 on-premises reset account statecode when adding an existing account to another account or another parent entity

Hi all,

I have a strange problem, the statecode of account entity has added serveral more values like 0=draft, 100000=wait for approval  100001=normal client. and we have a customized entity named "shared group" which is N:1(or 1:N) relationship with account entity, the strange thing is that when I open a shared group form, add an existing account whose statecode is normal client, from either a subgrid or a associated view, the statecode of this account will be reset to 0 (draft) immediately, in the beginning, I have doubt that it is a problem of my plugin, business rule or workflow, but I have retry by disabling all of this. the problem still exit

this afternoon, I tried to add an account to another account, it also happened. is it a bug of CRM?
