I am currently dealing with MS on a potential bug I found in the social pane in Polaris forms.
If like our organisation, you "set regarding" from outlook on emails and appointments to relate the activity to a contact, account or opportunity then you might encounter this.
If you "set regarding" to an email or appointment from outlook and the recipient email address is not already present in CRM (i.e. an unresolved contact). The social pane for the related entity shows an error and does not display any activities or notes in the social pane for that record.
The workaround i'm using for this at the moment is tedious, but it means manually editing the activity to add unresolved contacts as contacts in CRM retrospectively.
I'm hoping that this gets resolved somehow as it is a major issue for our organisation in the way we use Dynamics.
Hopefully this helps someone else who might be experiencing the same issue (it took me 3 days to work out what was going on!)
