I have started working for a non-profit about 6 months ago that uses CRM. I am in the process of overhauling their email communications and one of the new features is Responsive Design (using media queries to reorganize content on multiple device widths). We use Click Dimensions within CRM for most communications and I am using an external stylesheet for the media queries and it works nicely. But for workflow triggered emails the IT dept. informed me we can only copy and paste a webpage and everytime we do CRM kills any styles or <link> tags in the page.
Is there a way around this? I cannot use inline styles on tags as I need to declare media queries, I have tried <style> and <link> tags in the head, in the body, in a table, everything but with no success... CRM just doesn't copy the media queries and small devices get served desktop emails. We run version 4.0 of CRM.
