Microsoft CRM Actions and plugins

Hi guys , 

I have registered one plugin on account in which i have defined actions Messages and i have one more plugin registered on account which is for create and update . so the problem is when i call plugin from actions message every thing works fine but when code comes on service.Update(account) , so the first plugin with context.MessageName == "Update" runs every time . i need to stop it. Pls give me any suggestion to resolve it.
