Is there any way to configure the Customer Portal, in the Dynamics 365 CRM, so that they can create quotes, those quotes keep on draft until the company can confirm them (FULFILLMENT) and then create ORDERS ? We know we can configure that as a company owning the CRM but we can not find any Microsoft info about how to do that within the Customer Portal. Anybody can help????
