Microsoft Dynamics CRM - Actual Revenue field - how to change to a mandatory field

Hi 

I am new to Dynamics CRM and would like some help with the following. 

How do I change or what is the process  for  changing the Actual Revenue field in the Close Opportunity form to be a mandatory field please ?
