Associate Email activity in custom entity

We have a workflow (real-time) that generates e-mail (using template), and then create a Document Placeholder (custom entity).

In the Document Placeholder entity, there is a field called "Email Link".

We wanted to get the URL of the generated e-mail activity in the workflow step, and copy the URL value in the Document Placeholder field.

Any idea?
