Hi all,
Due to some performance issues, my guess is that, the CRM 2011 system that I am working with
identified a few workflow jobs to be in an infinite loop.
The server was rebooted but the records still show the message:
This workflow job was cancelled because the workflow that started it included an infinite loop. Correct the workflow logic and try again.
What I was wondering is: How does CRM flag a record to be part of that infinite loop?
Is there a way of resetting the flag. When I look on the DB the records are still available and all data still exists.
So I would obviously want to recover that data.
Any Ideas?
