My company have subscribed CRM online (not through Office 365 portal) with Assistance PSA module. Our email is hosted with MS Exchange online (office 365). The two offers are on two different platforms (different billing services, etc.).
I'm having problem with Assistance PSA timesheet outlook retrieval that is not working.
Under CRM online - Settings - PSA settings - the exchange URL is set to https://sinprd0410.outlook.com/ews/Exchange.asmx, exchange online is ticked. However, when a user go to his timesheet calendar, and click on Outlook retrieval, they got an error, -
Can anyone plesae advise.
