"The data map already contains this list value mapping" - Error on importing .xml Lead file

Im recieving this error when trying to import an .xml file full of leads into CRM. I am able to save the file as .csv and import that way, but when i do this the data contains invalid characters. Anyone have any ideas? Heres the error log that follows the error:
