Can someone please clarify if there are any kind of permissions that should be given to the exchange mailbox user account in order to be used when configuring the CRM Email Router Forward Mailbox and Deployment Rule? And what are the permissions that should be given to the user running the CRM Email Router Configuration?
Besides, and after configuring the Deployment Rule, if a new user was created in CRM and configured to use the Forward Mailbox for Incoming emails, does this newly created user will be automatically added to the Incoming Rule or should I run the Deployment Rule Wizard to add it?
