I am in a small office where several users look at a primary user's shared calendar. We use Outlook 2010 and CRM online.
Is there a way to have the primary user's calendar display the "regarding" CRM field on appointments without actually opening each appointment?
We handle his schedule and need to be able to see which customer certain appointments are related to at a glance, and being able to view the week or month all at once would be extremely helpful.
