First of all, sorry if the matter of he post is resolved inprevious entries of the forum; but I think that I have checked all solutions posted (I believe).
Our problem is the following:
We have two variants of the same problem.
The first one is my case. In my case I am the administrator of the CRM Instance, and I have not installed the Outlook Connector for CRM. SO in my case, all my actiivity is made from the online componente of CRM; is that to say, I go to my URL page and from there I made all my work.
As you can see in the following capture (file "Administrator User.png"; sorry, all captures are in spanish, cause is the unique language) this ismy user definition, and I believe that I have correctly configured the e-maill settings.
On the other side, I believe that I have correctly configured my personal options in CRM Online, with reference to the use of e-mails, as you see in the following capture (file "Opciones personales 1.png"):
The second case is a commercial user (Juan Paya),which has the same personal options configuration than I have, but he has its own user configuration, as you can see in the following capture (file "Commercial User.png"):
He has configured the Outlook Connector for CRM, and is sending the e-mails from Outlook, just from the "Outlook" side (is that to say, having selected his mailbox, and then creating a new CRM activity –send an email–) or just from the "CRM" side, selecting our organization and then creating a new email activity.
In both cases, all emails have the "Pending Status" in the view:
I have just modified the parameters in the Outlook screen of the System Settings on Settings > System: Administration in order to reduce the gap time, but the emails remains in the same status:
Anyone can give me an advice or help?
