After downloading the Outlook Client, I noticed a lot of emails became tracked, even though I don't want many to be tracked. My current settings are to track "Email messages from CRM Leads, Contacts, and Accounts."
A lot of our reps/Directors/VP's have their own accounts, as well as our directors. When a Director sends out a confidential email to a VP, it is being tracked in his Account because they have their email in there. Then everyone can see the email if they went into the closed activities.
How do we track email, ONLY when the user clicks the track button?
