USD isn't running properly on one of our computers. We want to uninstall the program - but we can't figure out the correct way to uninstall. Does anyone know, or have any suggestions?

How to undo a fulfilled order?
Hello,
By mistake I have fulfilled an order which is not ready yet.
It's read only now and I cannot modify anything and the list of ORDERED PRODUCTS is empty now.
1. How can UNDO a fulfillment ?
2. Why if an order is fulfilled I cannot see it's product any more?

Service Activity - 'Customers' field showing no data after save and re-open
Hi,
A client is adding a Service Activity and adding data in the ‘Customers’ field. She saves and closes. When she re-opens the record, the ‘Customers’ field is blank – the data had been removed.
I thought originally this was because of a scheduling Conflict (Service Selection Rules) but she said this is happening even when there is no ‘Conflict’ on the record.
Any ideas at all why this field would be blank when the record is re-opened?

Internet Explorer 11 crashes in Report Viewer when clicking Print
When in Report Viewer, we click the print icon and we receive a message that Internet Explorer has stopped working. We are able to save/open as PDF and print, however, we cannot use the Print icon which has now added additional steps to our workflow. Any suggestions on how to resolve this?

Outlook Client 2015 many errors

we have updated our CRM 2011 to 2015. Also, we have updated our Outlook Client.
The Client works fine, but we have two errors:
1) If a user sign in to outlook, he will become a error message that sayes: The element can't join to crm (German translation) In this time, outlook is very slow!
2) After we quit these messages, you can work in outlook normaly but in the crm client trace I find much of these errors:

CRM 2013 Email Router not working after inplace upgrade
Hi
After an inplace upgrade from CRM 2011 to 2013, i did a uninstall 2011 install 2013 of the email router.
After i set up the Configuration profiles and Deployments, i try to click on Load Data
i get a error message and the error details is

I’m working on two environments, the Production system (with one organization) and the Test system (with several organizations). I am often asked to align an organization in the Test system with production data; the last time I performed this action (by creating a new organization in the Test system), it happened the following error: 90% of users had the default organization changed, which was not the last one created, but another existing organization.
What could be the reasons of this error?

I have 3 option set field that depends on each option of each field. I have configured this thing with the help of SDK XML code. It works fine . But at the time of opening the same record that i have created, it showing error.

CRM - SAP data checker
Greeting Community,
I´m looking for a tool (preferably a third party tool) that I can use to cross check data between CRM 2011 and SAP. Certain entities are present both in CRM and SAP and are regularly synchronized.
I would need the tool in order to be able to double check that data is being propagated correctly between the two systems and no discrepancies arise. Doing it manually via Excel is obviously a no go, due to several hundred fields that would need to be cross checked.
Furthermore, there is data that is being converted during the synch, meaning that CRM or SAP will not have the same value, but this will still be correct.
So, in summary, the tool I´m looking for would need to be able to cross check the data between CRM and SAP and also account for our custom logic of conversion.
Please let me know if you have a solution to recommend.

When a Quote is created, you can add products. These products are shown by the Quote Product Inline Edit View. The cool thing is that you can expand a Bundle and see what products are within that bundle:
But the expanding option is not available in Order and Invoice. Here you just see the Bundle and can't expand it:
Does anybody know how to get it exactly like in the Quote entity so I can expand the Bundle in Order and Invoice?

CRM 2013 E-Mail Router / Handling of Undelivered Mails
Hello together,
I'm currently struggling with an issue of E-Mails send to a customer with a wrong E-Mail adress.
While we are recieve and send mails across our supportaddress we run into the following issue:
When we are sending E-Mails to our customer with a different mail address we sometimes recieve an undelivery report when the address is not valid. The main problem here is that these reports (I think generated from Exchange) doesn't reach our system and we don't get this important information. But when I access the mailbox with for example OWA then I can see this report there ...
Is there a possibility to lets this reports beiing imported trough the E-Mail Router?

Was updated from 2013 to 2015. And now I see, that is missing Connection tab in Order Navigation bar. In Account, Contact - exist. In Order & Invoice - is missing.

Update Selected Record Button on Contact Entity HomePage

I have a requirement where I need to add a custom button on Contact entity View(HomePage) Grid. Not on a form but on the Home. All the records that are selected, the custom button is going to check if the owner is a team and not themselves or another person then assign the record to themselves and update additional fields.
The code I have written throws error "Error e [object Document]" when I click on the button, regardless of any records being selected or not and the actual code doesn't get executed.

On the ribbon button command I have referenced jquery and json files and function name as "isNAN" since the button is on home grid, the helper files do not get loaded dynamically.

Rollups not applied
Hello,
I have a situation where my server is at Rollup 14 for CRM 2011. However, the Outlook Clients are all at ROllup 6. When I try to apply a new Rollup, it errors out with " Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook is not currently installed or the update is incompatible with the current installation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook"
I have re-installed the client. I have tried to step through all the rollups. I can't seem to get past this error to bring the clients to the same rollup as the server.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
dependent OptionSets solution from SDK throws an error
Dear MS Dynamics CRM community, I'm facing an issue with the MSDN sample solution to dependent OptionSets requirement. After implementing the XML and Javascript according to instructions, the form throws an error on load.
There was an error with this field's customized event. Field: (name of the category field) Event: onchange Error: Unable to get property 'get_editElement' of undefined or null reference
The error throws only on already created records, creating a new record works fine. Apart from loading the form, it also throws the same error when the value in category field is changed - but only for the first time. For the second change and later it works fine.

New Field
Hello Everyone:
I want to create a new field 'Company Partner' which will be an Lookup (TVU, Advance Compliance) within the Opportunity Entity.
Next I want to be able to have this field 'Company Partner' as an Option Set within the Quote, Order and Invoice.
I create the Field 'Company Partner' for the Option within the Quote. I don't get the info that I want ie either TVU or Advance Compliance.
I then go back to the Opportunity and create a 1:N Relationship from Opportunity to Quotes
If I make a View for Quotes and I set and Edit Filter Criteria and select 'Company Partner' and set Equals then enter value I get the magnifier chose.

In CRM 2011 When a user resolves a case and re activates agains case status becomes obviously active but queue item status becomes inactive , this is misleading? Is this a bug or ....? any ideas how to activate queue item as well?

When we upgrade Dynamics CRM 2011 to CRM 2013 in place. All the supported custom code works as is. My question this custom code was written using old CRM SDK assemblies, which will not be found after an upgrade (example: Microsoft.CRM.SDK.Proxy.dll of version 5.0.Xx.XX was used to build this custom code but after upgrade version 6.0.XX.XXX would be found) How does the code work then. Why does it not complain with file not found exception.
