Workflow Error with Business Unit

I have a workflow that has been running successfully for a few months. We recently added a new Business Unit. When I try to use the workflow on records owned by that specific Business Unit I recieve the error "The requested record was not found or you do not have sufficient permissions to view it." The workflow still works on the records in the primary Business Unit.

I have System Administrator privilages so I should have the nessasary permissions. We are using a hosted version of CRM 2011.
